We are looking for someone who can assist our property manager with our daily operations and tasks. Main duties would include collections of past due rents, update ads on Zillow, Facebook, affordable housing sites, call prospects about vacant rentals, set up and monitor utilities, participate in weekly conference calls, generate tenant statements, and assist with any other administrative tasks assigned. Must be familiar with Property ware, Microsoft word, excel, google drive, and google voice. Must have the ability to make phone calls and text messages. Previous property manager/assistant experience preferred
