I am searching for a virtual personal assistant to help me build organize my start up business and grassroots nonprofit organization. The ideal virtual assistant will be energetic, flexible and can work independently. They will also be bilingual (English and Spanish).
Compensation will start at $200/month. As our business grows the compensation will increase.
The duties are as follows:
Business 1: Event Planning & Interior Design Business
Communications/Administrative
- Communication with clients via phone and
- Communication with vendors
- Vendor research, negotiations, and acquisition
- Reviewing Contracts
- Invoicing/Bookkeeping
- Reviewing Client Needs Assessment forms and following up with clients
- Supporting with collecting client data
Marketing/Public Relations
- Maintaining Website and Social Media
- Putting together stationary for events at client’s request
- Supporting with our branding
Business 2: Non-Profit Organization
- Answering
- Scheduling meetings
- Managing calendars
- Support the Board of Directors and myself with administrative tasks
- Support with taking notes in meetings
- Support with completing small tasks and communicating with individuals who contact the organization
- Other administrative duties as needed
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in administrative work, willingness to learn and takes initiative
- Experience with bookkeeping and accounting highly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Docs, Zoom
- Reliable Access to Internet
- Ability to community effectively and posses excellent writing skills
- Creative
- Speaks Spanish/English
- Willing to grow with the businesses
