What We Need
We are seeking a BPO Program Manager with Advanced/Excellent English to work remotely
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing a growing team of Filipino virtual assistants
The current team has 15 virtual assistants in various Accounting, Dispatching, IT, Sales, & Customer Service roles
Developing and implementing standards of operation;
Writing policies and procedures;
Compiling and analyzing data; and
Managing a wide variety of other projects.
The successful applicant will be a problem solver and careful about the details
The position is considered an integral part of the Office team and will support Administrative and Technical Managers

What We’re Looking For
Time commitment
40+ hours per week
Monday – Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time USA
1-hour lunch break, and some flexibility available with the start/stop times
100% focused on our business while working; no side jobs
Skills and Technical Knowledge
Advanced English Speaking and Writing skills
Experience Managing a Team
Ability to manage several Projects in an effective and timely manner; Six Sigma certification not required but a big plus
Strong Problem Solver who takes personal initiative to find creative solutions and identify new opportunities
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel – must have the ability to create and manipulate PivotTables and utilize formulas to analyze data
Ability and motivation to quickly learn new software programs and smartphone apps
Can work independently while still meeting tight timelines and delivery schedules
“Big Picture” thinking – ability to see several moves ahead of current position and anticipate issues before they become full-blown problems

Technology and Communication Platforms We Will Use
Communication – Slack (Upgrade to see actual info) and Email
Document Management – Google Docs & Microsoft Office
File Management – Google Docs and Dropbox
Accounting – proprietary software (similar to Quickbooks)
