Marketing Assistant

2 hours on CST for comms is a must

Active Campaign or Showit experience will be highly considered.

The role will involve:


Email marketing setups
Social media reporting monthly
Reels or Tiktok video ideas and editing
Managing automated posting on social medias; Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin
Influencer management, email communications.
Upload videos into the back end of a site.

Facebook Groups engagement
Partnership or brand outreach

Occasionally you will help with (& Training Provided):

Landing page build outs either on Squarespace/Showit
Contribute to marketing strategy ideas & add recommendations
Keyword researches - Google planner/Hashtags & SEO optimized
Setting up Active Campaign email funnels & broadcasts
Uploading blogs to Wordpress & distributing out to socials
Help with website design edits on Showit
Need to be able to edit graphics in Canva


You must have the following skills:

- Good English and Writing skills & amazing communication!
- Takes initiative and is pro-active.
- Quick & keen to learn also but Open to ask the questions, and get stuff done ---------- your message back to me: Subject line must include: REELING it
