Lead Generation Representative (Phone Calls)

Reports To:
The Lead Generation Representative will report to the Sales Manager.

Job Overview:
Coulmed Products Group is seeking a Lead Generation Representative to call hospitals across the USA. This role will consist of calling departments within the hospital, securing the correct contact, and discussing our products with them to determine whether they have any upcoming projects.

We are looking for people who are very proficient in English, have tenacity, enjoy talking on the phone, want to be coached, and are driven by results.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Make phone calls to hospitals departments across the USA
- Secure contacts and contact information for department managers
- Use the scripts we provide to engage in conversation with them and discuss our product range
- Identify whether they have any current or upcoming needs
- Log calls and details within our CRM system
- Send out emails to contacts where information is obtained
- Follow-up accordingly
- Introduce a product specialist for any leads generated


Qualifications:
- Working hours: 8am - 5pm EST (New York Time)
- Previous sales or cold calling experience
- Proficient speaking English with a complete understanding of the English language
- Proficient computer skills – will need to be able to work with Microsoft Office and our NetSuite ERP/CRM
- Team player and driven by results
- Willing to be coached
