JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
• Follow the company and the partner’s branding and style guidelines;
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess the needs of a particular project or campaign;
• Manipulate and edit materials on the basis of feedback from directors, other artists, and clients to comply with their requirements;
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders from production to post-production process;
• Execute all tasks assigned by the team leader or those of higher authority diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard;
• Continuously brainstorm, discover, conceptualize and implement ideas for the improvement of the video/course materials;
• Communicate and work with the creative team members to achieve the daily, weekly, monthly and overall targets, including deadlines and development timelines;
• Improve video and sound quality using various audio/video software;
• Edit video to include preselected assets, sound clips, and other important aspects of the project;
• Ensure logical sequencing, smooth running, and correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to stakeholder’s specifications and requirements;
• Continuously discover and implement artistic, design concepts, and new editing technologies for the enhancement of the course materials and best practices to maximize efficiency; and
• Attend to all other instructions as may be directed by immediate supervisor and those of higher authority.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Multimedia/Design/Advertising or any equivalent;
• Solid knowledge and experience with digital technology and editing software including Adobe Premiere;
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details;
• Can work independently with minimal supervision;
• Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines;
• Ability to think creatively to develop original ideas;
• Good communication and time-management skills;
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity;
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
