Math Coffee Pte Ltd is a Singapore based company, whose core business includes teaching Mathematics to kids from age 13 to 17. We are currently focusing on the Singapore market but there will be plans to go international when we are ready.

For almost 10 years (Since 2011), Kangie has been doing everything all by herself, from teaching, administrative, accounting, planning, advertising, marketing, website, videos Upgrade to see actual info is time for Kangie’s empire to start. Kangie has lots of ideas and her first step is to find TWO capable personal assistants (left hand man and right hand man). Kangie has started building her team since March 2021. She was lucky to have found her left hand man in March 2021 and she is now looking for her second Personal Assistant (right hand man). Below are Kangie's words.

As you see, I already have my first personal assistant to handle the administrative tasks and she has been a great help to me and my company. So, the next personal assistant I am hiring now is supposed to be a “teacher assistant”. And in other words, this person MUST be very good with Mathematics.

I have HIGH EXPECTATIONS of this person because he/she is going to be my “right hand man” who is going to help me ease/assist the teaching related work that I have, so that I can focus on tasks/work that generate revenue for the business. This person must be able to assist me in teaching, able to plan lessons with me, able to do anything that is related to Math.

Most importantly is that this person has to COMMIT to the following timings and he/she must be doing this FULL TIME for the company.

Monday and Friday - OFF
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 12pm to 9pm (Break Time: 3pm~4pm)
Saturday and Sunday - 9am to 6pm (Lunch Time: 1pm~2pm)

ALERT: I am NOT paying a lot for this person now as I am building my team and this is a PIONEER Upgrade to see actual info means that we have to do a lot on our own. He/she must be an all rounded person (knowing more than just Math), willing to learn, willing to do more.

But trust me. When we are able to grow to where we want to be, I will definitely pay what he/she deserves. I need someone who believes in me and my company, and to be willing to grow with me and the team. This person eventually has to be part of the senior team to groom new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. So he/she has to be prepared to lead others in future. This person also needs to have the same values and believe in the company’s mission and vision.
I need someone who can understand me, is meticulous and does the work fast and is well disciplined to complete the tasks on hand. I need someone who has the following traits/skills. Yes, it is a lot to ask for but this person needs to assist me to build the empire I desire and so if he/she wants to get to where he/she wants to be, he/she has to be SUPER as well.

Teaching Math to the kids

I do not want to micro-manage this person. I am the kind of boss whereby I tell you what I need to be done and the deadline for the tasks and it’s up to the person to plan his or her time.
