Role Purpose
The Technical Business Analyst works as part of the project delivery team to facilitate clear and open communication between clients, business stakeholders, developers and product owners. The Technical Business Analyst must be able to bridge business requirements processes including; elicitation, gathering, documentation, revisions, system analysis, feasibility, user experience (U/X), and agile approach.

Key Responsibilities
Creating functional specifications for solutions?.
Drafting and elaboration of business requirements in the form of user stories and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). Definition of business driven acceptance criteria and functional and non-functional test cases.
Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements?.
Identify and document system flows, data flows, and integrations.
Create prototypes, wireframes, mock-ups, storyboards, user personas, task flows, data flows, user stories and acceptance criteria
Consult with business stakeholders to prioritise and refine the product backlog, software upgrade and enhancements, training, change request and others.
Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide necessary technical documentations.
Collaborate with developers and technical staff to understand technologies relevant to prototyping and requirements definitions.
Skills and Experience:
Ability to undertake business analysis within an Agile environment with experience in design, requirement elicitation, gathering, documentation.
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, including taking initiative, providing regular updates on your work, seeking and providing support as required.
Strong analytical mindset and forensic attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn new subject matter from subject matter experts and new business domains and technical applications.
Good written and verbal communication in English.
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree information systems, visual design, business management, Information Technology, computing or a related field or equivalent work experience
Languages: English
Career Level: 1-3 years experience.
