React Developer / Python Traineeship

Role Purpose

Ethos Bytes is looking for a Developer with experience with ReactJS, React Native or Mobile Development who wish to learn or gain experience with Python and Django. This traineeship is open to fresh graduates and is a remote/WFH position. Trainees will receive online Python training guided by qualified instructors whilst gaining experience working on live software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Undergo Python training and gain hands-on experience developing applications with the latest ---------- velop codes and features according to user specifications and business requirements.
Participate and contribute to technical discussions to design efficient solutions according to best practices.
Contribute to Agile events including stand up meetings, Sprint Planning, Estimation, Retrospective meeting.
Support Code review, testing, and quality assurance activities.
Support and assist across project phases including system releases / deployments, development, testing, ---------- vestigate reported system defects, implement fixes and defect ---------- velop automated unit tests


Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science degree holder in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, including object orientated programming, relational databases and data modelling.
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, including taking initiative, providing regular updates on your work, seeking and providing support as required.
Strong analytical mindset and forensic attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn new subject matter from subject matter experts and new business domains and technical applications
Good written and verbal communication in English.
