Searching for Real Estate Virtual Assistant. I am an individual investor in the US along with my partner. We buy properties for investment.
I am looking someone for lead generation for real estate, run comps, search for sellers for wholesaling. This is for a part time position with opportunity for rapid advancement in pay and hours. We are looking for somone to work 20 hour per week Mon-Fri 9am-1pm EST.

Also knowledge in Iusing Mojo, Call Rail, and Xencall when it comes to calling leads. Familiar with Asana CRM to manage leads. websites like Propstream, Zillow, realtor.com, and online county property searches to get a good value of the property or ARV.
