I am looking for someone who can help with an Amazon business, an AIRBNB rental business and personal tasks. Must be available 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time. Must have the ability to receive and make calls to the US and Canada on a Smart Phone - I can help set you up with a VOIP # if you don't have one. Must also have a good strong WIFI connection and a place to go if your WIFI is interrupted. I also need the chosen candidate to be available to answer texts and sometimes phone calls after hours - so you will be "on call" with your phone turned on always. There are sometimes emergencies with the Airbnb where people can't get into the unit or other things happen after hours and their calls need to be answered. Because there are only 2 rentals, it won't be often that this happens but I need you to respond quickly. The hours per week will be less than 5-7 to start but hopefully with your help in building the Amazon business the hours will increase to 20 quite quickly. My current assistant and I will train you.

I am looking for a long-term relationship with someone with whom I can build my business. My previous assistants have been with me 4 years and 6 years respectively.
What I am looking for:
Good communication: You must be a good communicator with others and with me. I need to know what you think and you must be able to express your opinions, if you say YES to everything without any critical thinking, this relationship will not work. Sometimes I need someone to guide me and to tell me the truth, even though it may be not what I want to hear. Your opinion will matter to me.
Experience with Amazon: You must have experience in this field. Understand Keepa and if you understand wholesale, or have any other area of expertise within Amazon, please let me know. Please let me know specifically what you can help me with. This business is new to me so preference will be given to those with experience.
Personal Assistance: This is easy. Tasks might include: calling a local company to see if they have something that I need, or to call to find out their hours, to price shop a flight etc...
Airbnb/Real Estate Business: I am in the process of downsizing my portfolio so you will only need to manage 1 Airbnb and 1 long-term rental. Duties will include: responding to Airbnb inquiries within 10 minutes, this will be even outside the hours of 9-5 (but I don't expect you to do this when you are sleeping), vetting guests, organizing and scheduling cleans and repairs, writing guest reviews, changing pricing to fill the dates, ensuring that the guests have what they need to be comfortable by checking in on them, reporting back to me if there is anything I need to action. There will also be some light bookkeeping. I have a bookkeeper and an accountant but you will need to record
If you do not have:
A smart phone
A strong WIFI connection with a back up location to go to within a 10 minute walk, like a cafe, if your internet goes out.
The ability to be available 7 days a week - this would be for the Airbnb business, responding to inquiries from guests and potential guests, we don' t need to work on Amazon on Personal Duties on Sat or Sun unless you want to.
