Appointment Setter

The role we are looking to hire for is called an “Appointment Setter” as a part of our Patient Concierge team. For this, you will be responsible for:

- Making inbound and outbound phone calls to patient leads to book appointments
- Handling client messages through text and email using a large database of templates + responses
- Daily reporting and updating of our systems
- Iterating, improving, & creating new systems
- Solving problems that arise
