We help successful female coaches with huge goals by managing their brands for them.

If you joined our team, we would train you on:

- Publishing and editing posts on existing sites
- Building new pages (and updating existing ones) on existing sites that follow the general brand style already in place
- Installing and configuring themes/plugins
- Entering data into different platforms (could be course content, student/contact info, product information, etc.)
- Building automations in various platforms connecting multiple softwares together (and documenting the process so we know what’s happening + where/when)
- QA testing of automations for bugs or missed details that could cause issues with data moving through the process correctly
- Troubleshooting existing automations to find bugs and fix them
- Reviewing existing processes and identifying areas that could be simplified and/or automated


The best fit for our team will be:

- Comfortable using drag-and-drop editors/visual builders (for website + funnel platforms)
- Have some lite HTML/CSS knowledge OR willing to learn light HTML/CSS
- Have some experience in WordPress
- Must know how to publish/edit a page or a post and how to upload/locate media files.
- Comfortable moving around several tech platforms and willing to dig into Google and/or documentation when necessary.
- A familiarity with automations via Zapier and email platforms like ConvertKit/ActiveCampaign, etc is helpful (No expertise in any specific platforms necessary
- Fluent in English (MUST)
- Able to overlap a few hours during our US (Pacific) work day
- Available to attend our weekly tea ---------- eting
- Great at taking direction
- Eager to do tasks that stretch them and make them leave their comfort zone
- Passionate about hitting goals & driven
- Willing to do sales based activities on a daily basis
- Great at speaking up and asking questions when they aren't clear on what to do
- Interested in a long-term position with commission opportunities
- A fast mover who can adjust plans quickly
