Marketing / Web Specialist

**Floor Plan Visuals **provides architectural visualization services for the real estate industry. We are seeking a Marketing Web Specialist to join our growing team full-time (East Coast US hours) in a remote capacity.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a computer related field or in web development
- Expert knowledge of Email Marketing Platforms (Constant Contact, Vertical Response, MailChimp)
- Great working knowledge of HTML & CSS editing
- Possess English written communication skills
- Knowledge in Wordpress or Drupal is a plus

Job Requirements:
- You must be able to work full-time from home Monday-Friday from 9:30am-6pm Eastern Standard time. We will not accept any applications for freelance arrangements, part-time or weekend/flexible hours work.
- You must be reliable and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- You must have all computer hardware and equipment as well as all software.
- You must be willing to work with computer activity monitoring application during work hours
- You must possess a fast internet connection
- You must keep Skype open actively during work hours
- You must possess sufficient Internet capacity ( 30Mbps )

Software, grammar and other skills testing will be administered.

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Provide assistance with website development and maintenance
- Design and execute online marketing campaigns
- Maintain and expand social media presence
- Online research to increase target market

Salary: The salary for this position is $600-$800 USD.
Since we do not have a physical office in the Philippines, we do not offer any social security benefits nor do we offer health benefits.
