- Training and Development
- Employer-Employee Relations
- Organization Chart /Staff record-keeping (start date, title, role, department, contact info, etc)
- Onboarding/Offboarding
- Compliance
- Maintain Company Culture
- Manage Employee Benefits
- Performance Management
- Monitor Disciplinary Actions

Qualifications:
- Strong English skills by phone/email
- American/Canadian client/employer exp
- Can do full time and open to various shift schedules either graveyard - US time or EMEA.
- Has stable internet connection with own laptop/desktop computer (minimum specs: i5, 4gb) for remote work
