Sales Representative/Lead Generation Specialist

3 month Project - Provides expertise and performs the following:

Lead Generation - You will be responsible for generating quality leads of people who are in need of real estate property management services, with the goal of turning that interest into a sale. Finding value leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects.

Appointment Scheduling & Cold Calling - Calling and coordinating appointments for potential clients

Lead Scraping/Skip Tracing - Knowledge and experience with web scraping/skip tracing software/tool.

This project has potential to become a part-time position.
