GoldSoil Realty Investments is a Land Investment Company based in Austin TX that buys, sells, wholesale and finances land to land buyers. We are a team of 14 individuals all across the globe including Asia.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a ROCKSTAR to join our customer acquisitions team to run comparables on VACANT LAND parcels and make offers to sellers.

Scope of Work:
This role requires candidate to be knowledgeable of how to Run Comparables on vacant land using various resources such as:

CAD websites
----------
----------
Perform due diligence: Look up GIS maps for wetland , flood plain, Terrain, Back Taxes, Utilities, Road access and HOA dues
Candidates should have a some basic understanding of different kind of land parcel such as infill lots, recreational land, HOA lots, Waterfront properties, large acreages etc
Candidates with experience assessing houses can apply as well
Candidates will go through extensive training working with the acquisitions team and will get all the help that is needed to make them successful at their ---------- ndidates are required to be Dedicated and Committed to become great at their ---------- ndidates should be willing to unlearn, learn and relearn new concepts. A self starter is a MUST for this position.
This is a LONG TERM ---------- ndidates looking for short term roles need NOT apply.

To qualify for this job candidate should be able to meet the following requirements:
Work 8am - 5pm CT time. This is a FULL TIME ---------- part timers please
Have good communication skills both verbal and written
Have good internet connection working 99.99% of the time
Have good computer or laptop
Willing to learn in short period of time
