Job Description
We are currently hiring for a Freight Broker Agent to develop customer relationships to secure freight. Obtaining and building long term relationships with shippers and carriers, negotiating rates, scheduling freight, and solving logistics problems quickly and effectively.

?Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in freight brokering
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Strong customer service skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Negotiate between customers and carriers to secure best rates for customers
Process shipments
Communicate with and notify customers
Build customer relationships
