Proposal Writing + Appointment Setting

I'm Jenn - a Canadian copywriter who owns the agency Wraith Writing ( ---------- )

I'm excited to be here on onlinejobs.ph because I've heard great reviews from fellow business owners! I hope to find someone that is interested in growing with my business and developing their own skills along the way.

I'm looking for a talented writer who can run my Upwork profile. Experience in lead generation / outbound sales is a plus, but not required. The main focus of this job is to write amazing proposals that WIN projects.

The job will require you to:
- Submit proposals to job postings
- Respond promptly to messages
- Set up appointments in my calendar
- Record task completion on a spreadsheet

I will provide a basic outline for the proposal write ups, but this is NOT a copy/paste kind of ---------- on Upwork are won because proposals are unique, thoughtful, and responsive to the clients' needs - and that is exactly what I'm looking for!

Someone who would do well in this position...
- Can write something outside the scope of the basic outline to impress the client
- Understands how to identify a clients' problems & respond to them appropriately
- Has excellent English writing skills
- Writes in a professional, persuasive, and approachable tone
- Is proactive and does not need too much instruction
- Can use feedback to optimize proposals

Expected pay: USD$30/week + $5/appointment set
Payment through: PayPal
Hours: 2hrs/day from Monday - Friday (time doesn't matter, but during some North American working hours is ideal)

Hiring process:
1. Video interview
2. Practice proposal submission
3. 1-2hr Onboarding Call to review guidelines & process
