This role is perfect for someone with a proven employment history in account management, client support, administrative duties or B2B sales.
This is a full-time role in Nobacklog’s Philippines office at The Podium West Tower (Doña Julia Vargas Ave, San Antonio, Pasig). This is not a remote (work at home) role.
This is not an executive assistant or virtual assistant role – however previous experience and skills in those fields combined with customer relationship support would be suitable.
Your key responsibilities include
Helping our clients:
• Answering support requests on a diverse range of topics
• Identify and pursue opportunities for customer growth and retention
• Relationship management skills – becoming a trusted source of knowledge and assistance for our customers
• Anticipate customer needs and presenting solutions to problems before they occur
• Working in our custom software system to enjoy completing hundreds of micro-tasks on a daily basis.
Scheduling incoming work:
• Organizing incoming orders
• Scheduling projects to editors and project managers
• Mastering the schedule
Collaborating with our team:
• Advocating for customer needs and directing internal staff to tasks that achieve customer satisfaction
• Being a productive intermediary between customers and our internal staff
• Reporting directly to the company owners on critical issues for immediate support
