Customer Experience Associate

We are a multi-brand direct-to-consumer e-commerce company looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Associate to join our team full-time. Our company has been in operation since 2017 and our brands continue to grow with happy customers.

We are looking for someone hard-working, responsible and with a relentless drive to make every customer feel special. The candidate will be attached to a Senior Associate for 3-6 months and expected to learn on the job about all our products and how to handle customer tickets in a timely and exceptional manner. The candidate may be assigned to handle the night shift.

Work Hours:
9 am to 630pm Singapore time
or
11 pm to 930am Singapore time

Weekends:
1-2 hours on Sat & Sun each
