JOB OVERVIEW

We are a successful and growing toy company looking for an assistant to help with ecommerce marketing, social media, customer service, research, product listings and general admin tasks. ?

We are looking for a driven and intelligent person to fill the FULL-TIME role of Admin Assistant in our company. This role would be 8 hours per day, 5 days per week during regular Filipino office hours. Filipino statutory holidays would be granted. The successful applicant would start immediately. Our goal is to develop a long-term working relationship with the right person. Exceptional English communications skill in both written and verbal is mandatory.

You are expected to perform the following tasks:

1. Administrative Tasks
a) Organize digital files (download/upload images, videos, PDF ---------- our folder)
b) General research
c) Interact with our past customers. You will follow our scripts to proactively reach out to past customers and have written conversations with them. Your English must be at a high enough level to do this.

The successful candidate will be tested on their written English.

2.1 Social Media Management: Pinterest
Create Pin Images in Canva
Pin posts to Pinterest Boards (from different creators)
Follow accounts on Pinterest?
Create Pinterest report (weekly/monthly) based on the Pinterest Analytics data
Pin post to Pinterest Communities using Tailwind (1 pin per day)

2.2 Social Media Management: Facebook/Instagram
a. Monitor Inbox and comments?



Email
Campaign

Check blog content
Create weekly email campaign test result report
Create a newsletter theme suggestion list (once a year)
Create a monthly and annual email campaign report

Amazon

Schedule/Publish Amazon posts 10-30 images per day

Weekly Work Report:
Weekly feedback on tasks accomplished, still in the queue, things that management should take note of, etc.

Requirements:
Experience with virtual assistance in a private label company (PH or overseas-based) is preferred but not absolutely required. Attention to detail and the ability to manage data within Excel is a must. Strong English communications skill, customer service experience is a plus.

You must be a fast learner and very comfortable with social media and willing to work as part of an international team.
