Full time graphic designer for long term and permanent project

I need a graphic designer that can start with a design and create a similar design where the original design creator could not say we copied from them or stole their design.

We will have hundreds of accounts, and as the designer you will first be the person creating the designs, then possibly teaching a small team of designers how to do what we're doing.

The project will start in December and run continuously from there on. The pay will be average to start, with many options to earn bonuses and raises when objectives are met.

We do not care about your age, sex, experience or location. We are looking for a creative and talented person(s) that want to make a good living as our designer.
