Hi there!
We are a start-up ecommerce business that is growing quickly. We are seeking to hire an experienced E-commerce Customer Support Representative.
This role is for someone with experience and will handle all of our customer support needs. You will be responsible in answering live chats, outbound / inbound phone calls, replying to customer tickets and ensure that they are given exceptional customer support. The person for this role should also be knowledgeable in processing chargebacks.
This position will start off as a Seasonal Full-time and schedule may change to part-time depending on the volume of tickets after the holidays.
Training Schedule : Monday to Friday (9am to 6am CST)
Full Time Schedule - Wednesday to Sunday (9am to 6am CST)
Part - Time Schedule - Friday to Sunday ((9am to 6am CST)
We are looking to hire someone who can communicate in English fluently, can easily learn new tasks and software, knows how to manage spreadsheets,
