Acquisition Manager

-Experienced Preferred
-Part-Time: 25 Hours Per Week
-Pay: Commission Only! You Eat What You Kill. 15% Commission Per Closed Deal.
-Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2pm-6pm.

*Required skills needed:
- Running comps to determine property value. Calling, following up with, and negotiating with sellers and communicating with management.
-Able to run ARV and send out contracts
