JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced content writer to write engaging and educational content for our 'learn to play guitar' site on a part-time, 20 hours per week basis!

Content will range from shorter 1500 words blog pieces to more in-depth 4,000 words pieces.

To be considered for this position:
- You must be fluent in English.
- Ability to write in a casual, personal and friendly tone of voice.
- You must be comfortable researching and writing about the guitar.
- You will need to be able to play guitar and understand music theory as there is a range of technical topics that you will need to write about ( ---------- GED system, Barre chords, Circle of Fifths, etc.... You don't need to be an expert guitarist... But someone who can comfortably strum chords, play songs, and someone who could teach others how to play guitar is essential.
- As a part-time writer, you will be expected to work part time 4 hours per day (mon to fri)

What you'll be doing:
- You'll be writing a variety of guitar related topics such as guitar how-to, guitar inspiration, playing tips, music theory, and music in general.
- You'll be researching topics, brainstorming ideas, and doing whatever is needed to create great content people will find useful.
