Facebook Group Admin

This position is for my personal coaching business. I coach men in dating and relationships, attraction and masculine feminine polarity.

TASKS INCLUDE:
-Join Men's and relationship Groups on Facebook and engage with the group, following group guide lines, with the intention of generating potential leads and getting Men to join our private group.
-Engage with people and manage the group and report relevant information to me.
-You will be chatting with people in Direct Message asking them questions and booking discovery calls.
-Inviting friends to group
- Engaging with content on Facebook group and other groups(ie. liking, commenting on posts)
- Organize client lead flow into spreadsheets

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fast technology and fast internet speed, a hunger to learn and grow with the business, ready for coaching and training (2-4 hours per week starting, then more over time if it's a fit)
-Must be fluent in English.
- Must be male because you will be joining men's only groups.
-Attention to detail and ability to follow processes while also adapting when necessary is key.


PAY
$5 per hour to start during training and trial period for first month.
20-30 hours per week
Commission when calls booked convert to purchase of coaching program..
$10 per hour after trial month having hit Key performance indicators.
