The Lead Manager will be responsible for:
Reaching out to owners of residential real estate to determine their motivation, timeline of sale, condition of property and ideal sales price.
Prospecting potential clients via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication.
Providing excellent service and conversation with those they speak with.
Monitor the sales process and document follow up by accurately tracking interactions and details in our CRM.
Being resilient, persistent and able to handle rejection (with a smile and willingness to push forward)

The qualifications we are seeking for the Lead Manager:
Determined and growth mindset, coachable, resourceful, persuasive, and honest.
Prior cold-calling experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process.
Excellent interpersonal skills, you are a people person!
Good time-management and prioritization skills.
Team player, but has no issue working independently.

This role will start as part-time, with a high likelihood of becoming full-time if we are a good match!
Also, we offer per-hour/salary + ---------- pensation will be discussed
