We are a boutique business consulting company that manages a number of marketing campaigns and websites, primarily in the health and fitness industry, as well as operating a small Digital Marketing Agency working with a number of niche clients.

Skills

Having worked with a number of incredible VAs over the years, it's time to find our next rockstar! We need a virtual assistant with the following skills and knowledge to join our team:

• Highly proficient in Wordpress
• Excellent written English (very important)
• Copywriting and editing
• On-page SEO
• Admin support
• Topical research
• Keyword research
• Very high attention to detail
• Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to follow (and develop) SOPs
• Image research, selection and optimisation
• Critical thinking, decision making, and able to work autonomously
• Highly regarded if you have experience using Jarvis.ai, SurferSEO and Ahrefs, SEMRush or Ubersuggest
• Bonus if you have experience with Thrive Themes, Thrive Leads, Thrive Apprentice
• Bonus if you have experience with Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator
• Extra bonus if you have proven experience in link building and off-page SEO

Tasks

The tasks for the right VA will primarily be based around creating, editing, updating, optimising and managing SEO content on a number of ---------- addition there will be general administrative tasks such as conducting general research, reporting, data entry, etc. We use Asana for project management and email/Slack/WhatsApp for communications. Here are the various tasks that we are needing help with:

• Content uploading, formatting and editing to Wordpress (articles provided)
• Review existing articles and checking formatting/grammar is consistent, information is up to date and relevant, calls to action are included, etc
• Using SurferSEO to optimise and update new and existing content
• Using Jarvis.ai to craft and create fresh, new content
• Copywriting (either creating/updating fresh individual sections on existing articles, or writing whole new articles)
• Create reviews on the software and tools we use and add affiliate links to these review posts
• Finding relevant affiliate products, creating links, inserting into articles, and creating attractive call to actions
• Finding suitable images for content using free and paid stock photography sites
• Conducting research for new articles, different business opportunities and competitor analysis
• Creating and designing reports using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Data Studio
