Research and list creation

The Company is seeking to expand out in Amazon and other 3rd party selling platforms. By leveraging specific research requirements and detailed criteria, they are looking for a virtual assistant to help refine their product offerings.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced virtual assistant to join our team. While operating remotely, the Virtual Assistant will research the parameters given and fill out the created spreadsheet doc with companies that fit the descriptions.

The ideal candidate should be tech savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized. Once this task is complete we have another task after we review the work.

Must haves:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Exceptional organizational skills & time management
Clear understanding and proven delivery of good customer service
Positive and flexible approach, ready and willing to turn your hand to anything to get the job done
Proficient computer skills, specifically with Google suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.),
Highly organized multi-tasker and ability to work on multiple instructions
Detailed-oriented
Demonstrates excellent time management skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Home office Requirements:
Perfectly working headset and webcam
Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps
Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
