Full Time SEO and Media Management Position for Premier Real Estate Investment Company – WORK FROM HOME!

Dynamic Home Buyers is the premier Real Estate Investment Company located in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. We are looking for a Rockstar tea ---------- mber to take over and manage our media, branding, and most importantly our SEO work.

You wont be asked to do any low value tasks, you wont be drudging all day doing brainless work, instead you will be responsible for doing the 20% of the the activity that yields 80% of the results!

Responsibilities for SEO & Media Management position.

• Cultivate meaningful SEO Content to post on all 3 of the company websites and social media platforms.
• Continuously learn and attend Carrot Webinars put on by our website provider
• Post all the companies real estate deals to our Buyers website and keep it updated.
• Communicate effective messages to our Cash Buyers, Educate them, Nurture them, Sell them our deals
• Create and boost Facebook post’s to Instagram and eventually tik tok.

Skills of the SEO & Media Management Specialist.
• Must be coachable and confident.
• Must be able to take tough feedback and make changes.
• Must NOT be a time clock puncher, sometimes we work 80 hour weeks, sometimes we work 20. Must have that Whatever it Takes Attitude!

Qualifications / Requirements for SEO & Media Management Specialist.
• Must have extensive experience in ---------- work and Facebook platforms. Being Skilled in Carrot Websites is preferable but not required.
• Must have great English-speaking skills.
• Must be available 8-5 EST on Monday and Fridays.
• Must be able to track and report results (data driven)


Benefits / Perks for SEO & Media Management Specialist
• Starting Salary of 15,000 PHP per month with the ability to increase 2500 PHP every 6 months (performance based) (Until base salary is 50,000 php, then bonus opportunities increase from there on out) YOU COULD MAKE OVER 100,000 PHP per month!!!
• Bonus opportunities of 10,000 PHP per deal on all SEO & Social Media generated Deals. (we generate 1-3 deals a month)
• Be given opportunities to invest in real estate deals in the US
