JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary

Canadian Real Estate Agent looking for a virtual assistant with an excellent English that can work during Canadian Mountain Time. The candidate will help with generating home seller/buyer leads in Edmonton, Alberta while using social media advertisements and cold calling. The ideal candidate will also perform varied customer service, administrative, and research related tasks. The ideal candidate would be zealous about the real estate industry in general, a quick learner, and a great multi-tasker.

The job will start at 15 hrs a week. If the candidate does well, hours will increase to full time.

Roles and responsibilities
• Cold call distressed owners
• Build rapport with potential sellers and buyers
• Qualify and filter leads
• Log leads in CRM
• Schedule Appointments
• Follow up with leads in the pipeline by calling, e-mail, and text communication.
• Maintain CRM up to date with lead updates, tasks, schedules, and reminders until deal is closed
• There may be other additional activities related to other business.
• Handle Seller/ Buyer Inquiries and Complaints
• Filling out Forms
• Research
Qualifications:
• Desired experience with real estate acquisition and lead generation activities.
• Experience in social media and digital marketing
• Experience in telemarketing
Excellent written and verbal English communications skills are required.
• Dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken
Strong phone and communication skills: Ability to critically think and problem solve over the phone
• Ability to quickly use and learn real estate specific CRM and Excel Spreadsheets
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
• Is competitive, optimistic, and have a high need for achievement
• Must be detail and goal oriented, driven, and passionate about real estate acquisitions

Job Requirements
• Excellent English Speaking and Writing Skills.
• Experience in a similar role in the real estate industry.
• Self driven and Organized.
• Great customer management skills.
• Willing to work in the Canadian Mountain time zone.
• Very experienced with lead generation tools and techniques.
