Rockstar Appointment Setter (Work From Home)

I am looking for 1 additional appointment setter to join my team.

You will call leads (this is actual people who have requested help with Life Insurance) and booked an in person appointment for me to meet with them at their home. There is no cold calling involve at all. I will provide you with the leads and personally train you to call my leads and book the appointments for me.

Hours required in Pacific Standard Time, 8am-11:00am, 1:00pm-4:00pm and 6pm-9pm Monday-Thursday AND Saturday or Sunday 9:00am-2:00pm. This could also be Part Time work, hours required would be 8am-11am, 6pm-9pm Monday-Thursday and Saturday OR Sunday 9am-2pm (this option will impact your Salary/Bonus)

Skills/Experience you need to posses:
1. You are able to clearly communicate over the phone in English. There is no mis-communication in what you said.
2. You can control a call from beginning to end and lead the prospect to book an appointment.
3. You can follow directions and duplicate what is ask of you to do.
4. You have and maintain a great attitude.
5. You don't take it anything personal when you call a prospect and they may hang up your call, you call them at the wrong time, they are busy and they end the call with you, etcetera. You don't let this affect your attitude, it doesn't impact you.
6. You understand results are important , and you value results , getting the job done over the idea "time/effort you put into doing something".
7. You don't just want to get paid the negotiated Salary but you like the idea of crushing the targets I set for you so you can get paid bonus money at the end of the month (up to$600)
