We are building a niche HRIS system to improve operational efficiency through automation. There are currently two key applications used in the efficient delivery of our business operations: an integrated ATS called Talnet and a SaaS based financial payroll management tool called FinMod. The new system integrates these applications and adds robust reporting. We are looking for a Product Manager to organize the work.

The Product Manager will help define the product, create product definitions, create work tickets in an agile work methodology. You will also be able to provide application support on the core products with a specific outcome to digitize and automate the business tools, processes and workflows. This role will help achieve automation and operational efficiency.

The Product Manager will work in collaboration with the HR Support team, Sales, Backoffice and Development teams to ensure all stakeholder requirements are addressed.

Duties/Responsibilities

Become an expert user of Talnet, FinMod and new CBox ---------- monstrate products and train users and tea ---------- mbers on ---------- municate technical specifications and maintain updated documentation.
Answer all stakeholder questions on ---------- municate stakeholder needs to development team.
Participate in Dev scrums as business needs user.
Help create and manage priorities towards achieving the business stretch goal.
Work in an agile methodology within a remote distributed team.
Digital tools: Jira, Wiresketcher, Invision, all digital work tools.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Industry expertise in recruitment ATS systems, payroll and contractor administration of professional back-office services.
An HR or payroll designation may be helpful, not mandatory.
A university degree in business, computer science or engineering.
5 to 10 years of related industry or business experience.

Amenable to work full-time (40 hours/week), with no other work commitments
Amenable to work on USA/Canada business hours
Amenable to work on PH Holidays
Amenable to work weekends if required

Home Office Requirements

Internet Connection : Must be 10 Mbps at the least, preferably wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 10 Mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-ins, wi-fi or ---------- puter/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
Headsets : The Contractor must have noise cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test ---------- dicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
Webcam - for meeting purposes
Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
Has a dual-monitor setup
