Wanted: American company looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Full Time)
About AMZ Clever:
We manage awesome brands on
Responsibilities:
• Answer in a timely, accurately, and with high level of professionalism, customer inquiries and questions coming from Amazon/Shopify/Email with outstanding English and world-class customer service
• Generate weekly reports surveying recent customer feedback to gauge satisfaction levels
• Provide insights and suggestions on how we can improve products and services based on customer’s feedback
• Answer customer inquiries and questions from customers from other non-English speaking countries using Google Translate
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with tea
Qualifications:
• Fluent English level (written and spoken)
• Proven previous experience in handling customer services similar CS role
• Basic experience with Microsoft Excel
• Reliable Computer and Internet Speed
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
• Experience using (Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, or similar help desk software) and remote support tools is a plus
• Previous experience being employed by
• Graveyard shift (nighttime Philippines) is a plus
