About the Virtual Assistant position
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the owner and other key executive heads of the business. As a virtual assistant, you are expected to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision, while working remotely.
You are expected to support the daily operations of the company, full time, from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am (Manila Time) from Monday to Friday. You will have fixed weekends off. The role is open to those who can start immediately.
Virtual Assistant responsibilities are:
* Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients.
* Organize communication via
* Manage meeting schedules and appointments.
* Research on the company’s potential prospects. Create and review prospects’ spreadsheets and maintain online records.
* Create company documents from pre-established templates.
* Compile and organize company work processes and documents.
* Conduct business research assignments and report on the results.
* Review data of company reports and analytics based on set guidelines then produce reports and briefs, as needed.
* Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by CEO/owner.
Virtual Assistant requirements are:
* At least 2 years of relevant working experience as a Virtual Assistant.
* Significant experience with call messaging apps like
* Good practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets, particularly MS Office and Google docs.
* Has experience with online calendars and scheduling
* Strong phone,
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a plus!
