E/X is a small and growing boutique agency specializing in email/SMS marketing for eCommerce brands. We started E/X a little over three years ago from my condo with $0. We hustled and worked for free until I got my first client, and since then the growth has been ---------- w, a team of 38, we create and manage world-class email and SMS programs for some of the fastest-growing eCommerce brands.

We’re looking to add talented account managers to our team to work with our e-commerce clients, to create and oversee client strategy from promotional calendars to strategic roadmaps.

You have a working knowledge of Klaviyo. You can look at a Klaviyo account and immediately find ways to drive more performance.

We are too busy and need more help!

The Account manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of client programs and is the direct liaison between the internal departments in order to achieve the client and company objectives

We dont need you to design emails.

We don't need you to write emails either.

We need someone who really knows their way around Klaviyo.... can implement emails we design, setup split tests... can provide and send clients reports etc. Oversee execution and QA to ensure 100% error-free rate.
