Each new client comes in our business gets (automated) greeted by your over ---------- could be that you host a client on-boarding, answer some questions over FB messenger, give them that extra bonus, and then when you see them moving through our programs you pro actively reach out to see if you can make their experience even more magical, by offering that service that helps them get closer to their outcome.

If you really feel they are up the big league you lead them to another call with our sales team. All very informal, with a smile but with a goal of a great client success in mind....Perfect english is what we love.

Currently, we are searching for the ideal candidate to help our clients Get The Results They sign up for by onboarding them with care, directing them to content, helping them win and offer them additional services to fast-track outcomes.

Your KPI's:
>> Influence NPS (Net Promoter Score)
>> Increase Retention Rate, by your expert guidance
>> Grow CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) by offering products

Your 3 Areas Of Responsibilities:

Onboard our SaaS & Accelerator Clients & Be Their Sound Board
>> Host Online 1-1 or 1-many Live or Recorded Product Onboarding
>> Direct new client about the “How To of our Products”

Run Scripted Inbound 15 Minute Client Discovery Calls, (after the first sale)
>> Follow-Up with Incoming call request for 1-1 Client Discovery Zoom Calls
>> Pro Actively initiate & Run independently Zoom Calls
>> Direct Clients to existing program content that will deliver a quick win
>> Identify within Discovery Calls Opportunities for Other Products or Programs

First Line Customer Experience
>> Keep track of inbox ticketing and follow-up in CRM systems via SMS, email, messenger
>> Set up, and Update Online Support & Help Directory

Identify Pipeline Opportunities
>> Keep track of deal pipeline stage and proactivity engage with Clients via SMS, mail or messenger
>> Explore Happiness Score and Offer potentially Opportunities

# Collect Video Testimonials
>> Proactively collect testimonials from clients (FB, Calls)
>> Update our web and review channels with the latest testimonials
>> Create user cases.


# Our requested requirements:
>> Perfect & Flawless Communication Skills in English In Writing, Speaking
>> Representative in front of the camera with a pleasant voice
>> Very Comfortable To Independently Run Short 15 minute Zoom Calls
>> Ability to Identify commercial opportunities based on customer conversations
>> Translate Customer Needs & Questions Into Actionable Directions / Solutions or even new product suggestions
>> Mandatory to keep a great understanding of our product and help our clients Win
>> Self driven, independent and Pro Active
>> Passion for entrepreneurship, delivering excellence in service
>> Tech Savvy with Business automation tools

Comfortable in working remotely using communication and project management tools (slack, google suite, zoom)
