Full time Remote Real Estate VA (US RE Industry)

Position: Real Estate VA
Location: Remote
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week) 8am-5pm Pacific Time
Rate: starting $3 per hour DOE

We are a fast growing full service real estate brokerage in Emeryville, California and we are looking for a smart full time real estate VA with experience particularly in Property Management/maintenance.

The ideal candidate must have basic knowledge of Property Management/Maintenance to undertake the following tasks:

• Schedule vendor services
• Facilitate requested repairs and completion
• Follow up with vendors and tenants
• Other tasks as required
