Inside Sales Administrator Needed

We're a busy real estate office looking to add someone to our team as a virtual Inside Sales Administrator that is driven & good on the phone. The pay is part salary, part commission so you can make much more than the listed salary if you're good!

Main duties will be making & answering phone calls with warm/hot leads (NOT cold calling) in order to convert them into scheduled appointments.
