Marketing Associate

I’m looking for someone who has experience creating and posting classified ads on craigslist, fb groups, fb marketplace and other online ad website for an real estate investing company in USA Market.

Mission for the position: To maximize the exposure of our real estate deals across all available online channels such as Craigslist, FB, IG, etc. and to generate new buyers leads consistently on a daily basis

Daily Activities Includes But Not Limited To:

1. Prep deal email campaign
2. To write detailed deal ads according to the training and continue to edit and improve to get better results
3. To keep and maintain all of the current ads up
4. Scrape and skiptrace CB/Agent
5. Build list of JV Investor to excel or mailerlite
6. Scrape from fb group,
7. Clean, Add and Maintain Mailerlite data
8. Get on all JV Investor Email List

Outcomes that must be accomplished consistently on a daily basis:

1. post 6 craigslist ads in 30minutes
2. check email inboxes
3. get 100 emails in 1hrs from fb groups and add to spreadsheet for GMass (Scouting all fb groups every 1hours)
4. get 1 JV Wholesaler's deal in 1 hour from fb marketplace/fb group
5. create 5 FB/IG Post and schedule it in 45 minutes
