Website Designer Photoshop/HTML/CSS/Wordpress, Logos, Graphics

We are launching a web design division of our company and need someone who has the ability to create Wordpress sites from our client's concept to completed site. Some clients want sites that are very unique (not just a banner, but the entire site), so you must be one who is able to think outside of the box, graphically speaking.

Primarily, we are looking for someone to:
1) Design website layouts in Photoshop (e.g. Home, Post, Page, etc.)
2) Be able to generate HTML/CSS from #1
3) Be able to create a Wordpress site from #2

Skills Needed/Required:
Photoshop
HTML/CSS
Wordpress
Graphics Design
Some PHP (A working knowledge of the Wordpress codex at a minimum)
Some MySQL

The Initial Assignment:
On your first day, you will be asked to begin designing (in Photoshop) 10 different styles of websites, which will then be turned into Wordpress sites. These sites are demonstration sites for our clients to get ideas of what they might like for their businesses.

Custom PHP development, depending on your skill level
Create custom videos, depending on your skill level

Our Programming Philosophy:
We encourage our clients to use stock plugins whenever possible as this saves the money. If no plugin can be found to do exactly what the client wants, then we take an existing plugin and try and adapt it. Our last resort is to develop code from scratch as this is the most expensive option.

About Us:
Our company has been in business since 1999, but the principals have been in the computer industry since the mid 1980's. Our primary focus over the last 10 years has been Oracle Database consulting along with programming assignments in Perl, PHP, Java, Javascript, Unix Shell and more.

Employment Details:
This position is for full-time employment (40 hours per week), so please include your salary requirements. This is a very competitive field, so please keep your salary requirements as reasonable as possible. It is our desire, once you are working successfully with our company, to make it very attractive for you to remain with us, financially speaking, however, at this infancy time, we are a little sensitive to price.

We pay the custom 13th month as a bonus, prorated for the number complete months worked.

We offer two weeks of paid vacation/sick/personal time.

You must have your own computer with a stable internet connection.
