Sales Lead – Joygage
Joygage is a growing, vibrant start-up that helps people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. We are seeking a sales lead that will help us develop our customer pipeline within the Home Health Care and Senior Living Facility sectors.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at prospecting and connecting with customers through a structured sales process. Strong email communication capability is a must, and an ideal candidate will also be able to participate in phone conversations when needed. This role will be on the first-line of making customers aware of our product and how it can benefit them and their business.

Job duties:
1) Prospect online to find new potential customers
2) Update our CRM system as new leads progress through the sales process
3) Send marketing emails to leads and send follow-up emails as required
4) Personalize marketing emails to make them attractive to individual prospects
5) Participate as needed in calls
6) Schedule meetings and demos with prospective interested clients
7) Coordinate efforts with social media marketing for customer acquisition campaigns
8) Measure and report progress vs. goals
9) Interact with other functions regularly to define needs and requirements
