Exceptional project manager to lead our team needed (sick days, bonuses by performance and more)

We are a young growing company running a big shopify store selling different types of physical products online. We are looking for project manager who has a lot of experience on online marketing, also someone who is highly experienced in leading a big team.

We need someone highly experienced with hiring other VAs, train them and lead them to achieve their goals, someone who is fluent English speaker and is top performer in excel reports.

The project manager will need to:

* Learn the whole business model, understand each part of it.
* Train new / existing VA's
* Hiring new VA's
* Lead the team, motivate them to push and reach the goals every day.
* Track the team performance, give me a detailed end of day reports with everything achieved.
* Do online researching, find hot items and upload to our store and prepare them for selling.
* Upload items to a shopify store, create fan pages, upload campaigns - than hire someone to do that.

Salary will start at $500/month for full time (40-50 hours a week) and grow as we reach our monthly goals.
