Hi and hope you're really well? My name is Damian. I own a successful publishing company based in London. We have 41 Books to date. We have a position available as Book Marketing Lead for someone specifically who is comfortable with sending a lot of emails and review copies of our books, out - emailing follow-ups, contacting and reaching out to many people to offer them review copies of our books. We have some proven strategies for emails from Amazon with repeated follow-ups by yourself, as well as involving Facebook making friends with USA users, giving away a free copy of the book, then following up to get the review left- and you should definitely bring your ideas too. You should be high energy, outgoing, and happy to follow up many times with a great and fun attitude. PLEASE INCLUDE SOME SPECIFIC COMMENTS ON THE ENERGY YOU'D BRING TO THE ROLE AND IDEAS IN YOUR RESPONSE. You will need to have great organization skills, be willing to follow up many times with people, and be determined and persistent with your actions. Persistence Pays Off!-

-This position is linked to performance you will need to get at least 27 reviews on the books per week working full time (only apply if you can truly work full time and put in a full day's effort each day of contacting on email, Facebook, other and, tracking. Our last employee doing this was with us for over 4 years they liked it so much! To maintain the position you will need to generate at least 27 positive Reviews Per Week for our Books on the ---------- USA site via your Email and Facebook and other efforts, and will need to add them to a shared google docs spreadsheet to track your progress. This should be your only job- and you need to work full time and track your activities as well as results on a Shared Google sheet we've set up.

-You will be paid weekly via Wise (Transferwise) direct to your bank account each Friday. You will track your progress daily (Email sent, follow-up, comments, etc etc), along with a link to the reviews left. If you exceed your target of the 27 in a week, we will give you a bonus for that week!-

-We need to stay within the Amazon terms also. We have some strategies that work and you may have some also. If you know people with Amazon USA accounts this is also helpful. Remember you are targeting USA people, so you may want to work hours that people can interact with you from the USA.

Your written English needs to be good. Your communication and ability to follow up many times needs to be exceptional. If you feel you can bring our books to number 1 by getting many more positive reviews for them - then message me right away.
