Duties include but are not limited to:
- Creation and optimization of paid campaigns.
-Collaborating with marketing tea ---------- mbers to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
-Staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and strategies, including updates to social media marketing, new algorithms or policies.
-Testing variations of ads to determine which perform the best
-Continuous monitoring of results and improving the ads
-Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns
-Measuring and optimizing our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
- Graphic Design is a huge plus!

Other Requirements:
- Ability to use Google Drive
- Strong internet connection for virtual meetings
- High-speed internet. Preferably Fiber with a minimum of 30mbps upload and download speed.
- Graphic Design Skills are a huge plus but not required.
