I own a social media agency. Here's the website: ----------

The main things you will be doing are:

1. Developing Social Media Strategy Guides for Clients (example attached)
2. Executing that strategy for the client. (i.e. writing the content, developing graphics, etc.)
3. Miscellaneous tasks associated with the agency (liking posts, boosting posts, chatting with people on customer accounts, helping with influencer programs, etc.)

Skills Required:

1. Ability to write English really really well.
2. Perfect English
3. Experience managing Social Media
4. Experience developing Social Media Strategies
5. Great Graphic Design Skills (we use Canva)

Details:

40 hours per week (full time)

Pay is $600 - $1,000 per month, depending on ---------- Hours are required. 6AM EST to 2PM EST. This will be 6pm to 2AM your time. (if in the Philippines)

My expectations are that you will always always always do what you say you are going to do, hit your deadlines, conduct yourself professionally with clients and tea ---------- mbers, and you will always seek to solve your own problems.

Top candidates will be given a paid test to complete before being interviewed.

The top 2 skills for this job are English and Graphic Design. If you do not have experience with Social Media, that is not a problem.

Please provide a graphic design example, along with a writing example. This could be a link to your website, or a link to a blog, or simply a social media page that you manage. Anything will do. I just need to see that you can write well and you have enough design skills in order to make simple graphics.
