Answer from & call to customers to resolve basic product installation cases. Record the unresolved customer information and forward it to the specialist. Work with senior technical team to resolve difficult cases.
PERSONAL
• College, Bachelor or above, any field is accepted, polytechnic background is preferred.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
• Handy with MS Windows and Office.
• Customer service experience or customer service-oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and resolution-minded aptitude. Respond to customer requests quickly, friendly and supportive.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible to shifting and weekend/US holiday shifts.
• Can start the work immediately.
HARDWARE
• Must have PC/Laptop (Windows 10 operating system) with at least 4GB RAM.
• Wired and 25 Mbps and above internet connection.
• USB Headset.
• Quiet workplace during the day or night. Equipped with noise reduction sponge or microphone noise reduction software.
