Web Developer / Administrator

Senior Home Help, is a fast-growing home care solutions provider based in Camden, Delaware, ---------- is our mission to keep our clients and their families’ happiness and independence by offering long term care, disability assistance, unskilled help, and Alzheimer’s Dementia support services when it seems impossible!

We are looking for a Web Developer to join us and help us fulfill our mission to serve.

Your Responsibilities:

- Evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the Executive Director, and internal digital marketing team.
- Illustrate design ideas using process flows, sitemaps, storyboards etc.
- Design and build graphic user interface elements, i.e. menus, navigation buttons, tabs, search fields, forms, widgets etc.
- Design and build mockups or prototypes that clearly illustrates how the website will function.
- Build and design graphics for our websites.
- Present website design, UX/UI journey, functionality and features to key stakeholders and teams.
- Identify and troubleshoot website problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Implement website adjustments based on user and team feedback.
- Adhere to implement brand strategy and design standards on the website.
- Able to deploy and implement tracking pixels for digital marketing.
- Other tasks relevant to the role.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Web Developer with focus on UI/UX journey, membership websites, or similar role.
- Has a portfolio of web development projects.
- Knowledge of using wireframe tools.
- Knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Has strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- A team player and has collaborative spirit.
- Possess good time-management skills.
- Expertise in CMS especially Wordpress.
- Experience with Learn Dash (LMS Plugin), Memberium, Keap or similar apps / software an advantage.
- Knowledge in building funnel landing pages an advantage.
- Knowledge in graphic design and video editing an advantage.
