Wordpress Website Developer & Maintenance superstar needed FULL TIME. Are you our unicorn!?!?!

We need someone who loves the tech side of a business. They need to be passionate about working with websites, web development, and are excellent in working with Wordpress. There are a number of roles required which I will list below.

This position is for a full time tea ---------- mber (not just a freelancer) to join our online business to develop and maintain our websites for our online programs.

We need someone to implement page designs to our wordpress sites. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box, ask good questions, google how to do things if they don’t understand and make our website run smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that come up.

All of our websites run on divi theme, so experience with this theme in wordpress would be essential.

Experience with ontraport is a huge PLUS as well as a background in working with membership sites and online marketing.

We are based in Melbourne, Australia and would require you to work when we work. This is so we can work together and provide real time feedback for amendments and to progress with projects quickly.

We are looking for to start with:
- Maintenance and tidying of our existing websites ?- Implementing an existing design with new colour palette and elements to our new websites
- Ensuring the plugins are working as they should within Divi theme
- Ensuring the website is mobile friendly
- Troubleshooting and problem solving if parts of the website are not working as they should

In the future we would have you working on:
- Membership website upgrade suggestions including making our bonuses for members really attractive
- Membership website overhaul and making sure the website is mobile friendly including streamlining the membership areas
- Suggestions for quizzes and making these user friendly and attractive
- Other website maintenance and development

We need someone who understands hosting who understands the backend of websites, how servers perform, is fluent in English (so communication is easy between us and the CTO), server administration and how they work/not work.

Understands bandwidth, server security, the concept of??email marketing (although doesn't need to implement, just understand a little for what we do), and someone who can work within timelines.

We'd also like technical performance diagnostic review and for the implementation of dashboards to be put in place (notifications/ping if something wrong/server response times, downtime).
